US-Sicherheitsdienst nimmt neuen Song von Eminem unter die Lupe
NEW YORK - Der für den Personenschutz des amerikanischen Präsidenten zuständige Secret Service untersucht nach einem Bericht des Fernsehsenders CNN, ob ein neuer Song des Rappers Eminem eine Bedrohung für George W. Bush darstellt.
Der unveröffentlichte Song "We Are American" sei seit vergangener Woche auf verschiedenen Fan-Internetseiten sowie in HipHop-Chatrooms zu hören.
In dem Stück lautet eine Zeile: "I don"t rap for dead presidents. I"d rather see the president dead" (in etwa: "Ich spiele nicht für "tote Präsidenten". Lieber wär"s mir, der Präsident wäre tot.")
Ein Sprecher von Eminem, Dennis Dennehy, wies in dem Nachrichtensender darauf hin, dass der Begriff "tote Präsidenten" ein Slangausdruck für Geld sei und sich auf die Abbildung von Präsidenten auf den Dollarscheinen beziehe.
Auch sei der Song offiziell noch gar nicht herausgegeben: "Es steht noch nicht fest, wo, wann, in welcher Form oder ob der Song überhaupt veröffentlicht wird", sagte Dennehy.

George W. Bush frueher als erwartet, verlassen koennte, in einigen Kreisen durchaus ernst genommen wird. Bisher wurden naemlich alle amerikanischen Praesidenten, die in einem Jahr mit 2 Nullen gewaehlt wurden, Opfer eines Attentats. Bleibt also noch Hoffnung, dass dieser Schurke sein Lebenswerk, was immer es ist, nicht beenden wird.
